Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Broken Bicycles is a production company specializing in visual arts and various aspects of filmmaking. From photography and videography to acting, directing, editing and much more. Inspired by the term ‘use what you have’, nothing could ever stop us from being creative. We’re artists with the world as our canvas and the artform as our brush and paint – and we want to work with YOU, because we believe the world can never get enough art.
INTRODUCTION
Hello and welcome! I’m Daniel Vasiljevic, the founder of BBPC. And for the last five years I’ve been a professional storyteller.
You see, ever since I was a child I’ve had a passion for entertaining and being creative. I’m always looking for a way to convey a story, whether in front of or behind the camera. Creativity is one of the best things I know and if there’s anything that makes me happier, it’s helping someone else be creative.
This is why I recently went public, offering to use my knowledge and skills to help others bring their ideas to life when it comes to using visuals such as photo and video.
When working with BBPC, you’ll most often be working with me directly. however, depending on the size of a project, I always have a crew of professionals ready to assist.

That’s exactly what we feel when we create, whether filming, directing, photographing or any other creative outlet, and we love when we can share that feeling with our clients.

PHILOSOPHY
We are a creative company, so creativity is important to us. That doesn’t mean we value professionalism any less. We do put discipline and communication very high, but we also strive to have an open and fun work environment. It’s important for us to create a positive space and have our clients feel welcome. In our experience this is why clients have wished to maintain a professional relationship with us.

USE WHAT YOU HAVE
“A few years ago I passed by two broken bicycles laying by the side of the road ready to be disposed of. At that moment the first thing crossing my mind was ‘how can I give those bicycles new life?’.
Could they be repaired or would it be an idea to gather some of the parts and either reuse or make art out of them? Maybe they’d be great props or a good location for a movie.
I believe it was my creative desire speaking. The belief that you can create art anywhere and with anything. I wanted to fix two broken bicycles in a way only I knew how.”
