Bewreg is a fantasy-driven spec-commercial that merges world-building with sharp comedic timing. As a director, I focused on blending cinematic storytelling with the structure of a modern ad, using returning characters to create familiarity while introducing an unexpected twist.

The piece plays with self-awareness, humor, and absurdity, using precise framing and performance direction to enhance the comedic beats. By combining a high-fantasy setting with contemporary advertising tropes, Bewreg showcases my ability to craft engaging, character-driven narratives with a distinct visual and tonal style.

COMPANY TRAILER

ROLE: Writer, Director & Editor

I aimed to create a trailer that showcases the company’s artistic vision and technical skill. By using black and white imagery, I directed focus to the essence of the work, evoking nostalgia and honoring photography’s rich history. The absence of music lets intricate sounds take center stage, from the camera’s click to the film reel’s whir, creating an immersive experience that underscores their commitment to capturing life’s raw beauty.

SHAKER – SPEC AD

PROJECT: Spec ad

CLIENT: SHAKER (Denmark)
ROLE: Writer, Director & Editor

This spec ad was developed as part of a campaign pitch for SHAKER, built around the slogan Celebrate the little things. The film is set at a dinner party where friends compete by sharing personal achievements, each trying to outdo the other.

The narrative shifts when the host casually mentions a mundane accomplishment, taking out the trash, and returns with SHAKER drinks. The moment reframes the conversation, turning an everyday task into something worth celebrating. Through a simple setup and clear payoff, the film translates the campaign idea into a light, relatable story.

This video presents two spec commercials developed as part of the Bufferlo brand concept, a cowboy-inspired wireless router brand built around freedom, mobility, and internet without constraints. The films translate the brand’s strategic narrative into short, concept-driven visual stories.

Using Western-inspired references and modern digital behaviour, the ads balance humour and confidence while communicating the brand’s positioning. The project demonstrates how a defined brand strategy can be carried through to cinematic execution, with a focus on timing, tone, and clear visual storytelling.

By combining spoken narration with observational visuals, the video highlights how Moment brings together new and vintage items in one curated environment. The focus was on clarity and pacing, allowing the interview to guide the story while the visuals reinforce the atmosphere and product range.

BATTERY DISPOSAL – SPEC AD

PROJECT: Spec ad
TYPE: Independent
CLIENT: N/A
ROLE: Writer, Director & Editor

This spec ad presents a comedic take on proper battery disposal through an exaggerated enforcement scenario. The film opens as a SWAT team enters a building, seemingly responding to a serious threat, before revealing that the real offense is the incorrect disposal of an old battery.

The short clip focuses on the payoff of the concept, using contrast between high-stakes visuals and a mundane mistake to deliver the message clearly and humorously. Bright pacing and tone are used to underline the absurdity, making the subject approachable while reinforcing correct behaviour.
